Terms of Use
Last updated: August 31, 2026 · Early beta
TimePrice is an early-beta product provided free of charge while we build it. These terms are intentionally simple and will be replaced by professionally reviewed terms as the product matures.
The service
TimePrice lets you register the technology connected to your PC and — as features launch — record the time you lose dealing with it. Features may change, break, or be removed while we are in beta.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- One person per account; you must be legally able to agree to terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other users' data.
- Do not submit deliberately false product information.
- Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Your data
Your devices and time entries remain yours. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Aggregate, anonymized statistics derived from confirmed user data may eventually power public TimePrice scores; published aggregates will not identify you.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. During beta, data loss, downtime, and breaking changes are possible. Do not rely on TimePrice as your only record of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimePrice and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
